ATLANTA, GA (Jan. 16, 2017) — Chuy’s, the Austin-based Tex-Mex restaurant known for
authentic, fresh food and eclectic decor, is hiring 165 employees for its new Akers Mill location,
opening late-February.
Chuy’s will hire a variety of full- and part-time positions, including hosts, servers, bussers and
bartenders to support its vibrant atmosphere. The Tex-Mex restaurant also seeks talented
kitchen staff to help prepare its made-from-scratch dishes and signature sauces.
“At Chuy’s, we pride ourselves on working hard and having fun at the same time,” said Bryan
Turner, local owner/operator of the soon-to-open Akers Mill location. “We’re eager to put
together a team of individuals who will demonstrate our culture of fresh food and friendly service
to customers.”
Interested applicants are encouraged to apply in person Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m.
to 6 p.m. at the new Chuy’s Akers Mill, located at 2955 Cobb Pkwy SE #830 in the Akers Mill

The opening of Chuy’s Akers Mill will mark the third metropolitan Atlanta location, joining Chuy’s
Dunwoody (118 Perimeter Center W) and Chuy’s Kennesaw (585 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW).
Chuy’s Cumberland will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, from 11 a.m. to 10
p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. For
